This is also known as the factory sticker price.
This is what the manufacturer of the vehicle thinks the car should sell for. In reality, the price is going to be determined by market forces (supply and demand). If there are plenty of the model car available, you can negotiate a price with a willing dealer for less than the MSRP. If it is a high demand vehicle, with a limited supply, the dealer can, and usually will add to the MSRP and sell the car for more.
Right now the Hybrid Toyota Prius is in great demand, and the dealers have waiting lists. Many dealers are selling the car for more than MSRP, because people are willing to pay to get the car!!!

Dual sports are not dirtbikes. They are an entirely separate category. Dual-sports come already road-legal. Perhaps you are not looking hard enough.

I was recently pulled over for having a side mounted license plate - Does anyone know what michigan law states regarding this? I would appreciate it if anyone knows the actual law/number, thanks.
Michigan law states that it has to be "clearly readable from 50 feet" and having it mounted sideways is not clearly readable.
