They are the most inconsiderate, obnoxious, and even dangerous drivers.
They lug their minivan around in parking lots and city traffic with reckless abandon. They block driveways, they cut you off, they zoom around in parking lots in a dangerous manner, and otherwise are a deadly menace.
Is it because their vehicles are bigger and they feel safer being road hogs and asssholes? If so, why aren't SUV drivers or Pickup truck drivers nearly as mean and aweful?
Soccer Mom Syndrome. They HAVE to get the kids to school on time. HAVE to get the kids to Soccer practice on time. Gotta get little TImmy to band practice etc etc. Other cars on the road are in their way.

Can a 96 Harley FLH Gas tank be put on a 2001 Road Glide?
Need a Harley Davidson bike expert here: I want to replace the gas tank on my 2001 Harley Road Glide Dresser. I found a 1996 FLH Dresser tank in perfect condition and for a great price, and want to know if it will work. Can you tell me if it will work, and if not, what the defferences are. Thanks.
I don't believe it will but i'm not positive.The 96 was an Evo and the 01 is a Twin Cam.I think the frame is different so it probably has different tank mount points.Are they both fuel injected?Doubtful on the 96.I don't think the 96 had 2 petcock taps on the bottom of the tank.If your 01 is EFI it will have 2 taps on the bottom for the early EFI.I would call a dealer service department and ask them.They should know
Bike motorcycle do you need your own bike for motorcycle lessons?
im just wondering, because i know with cars you use the teacher's car. But what about for motorcycles do you need you own bike ? or do they provide you with one?
No is the short answer.
Most, if not all schools should be able to provide you with a bike. The school I used currently charges £98 for the CBT and includes the CBT, insurance, petrol, and piece of mind knowing that if you drop the bike it doesn't matter! All this without bike hire is only about £5-10 less so it really is worth using their bikes.
Same applies for the lessons. They charge £50 a lesson all in, or £45 without the bike.
I would imagine another advantage of using the schools bike is that you know its going to be suitable for learning on and ideal for the manoeuvres to need to get the hang of.
