Bummer. I've already graduated and $1000 is waaaay too pricey for me.
Probably Adobe Photoshop but it could well be Photoshop elements or Corels Paint shop Pro
Can't tell without seeing the info in the exif or asking the photographer.
Elements are PSP are only a 100 or so dollars whereas full blown photoshop is 5-600.

what Usefulness of motorcycle Steering Dampers like in this photo?

A steering damper is a hydraulic device that subdues or dampens the force being transmitted from the handlebars in the event of a 'tank-slapper'. This is where the handlebars osciallate violently from side to side. Tankslappers are very difficult to control once they've started, and will usually end up with the rider crashing. They are caused by the front wheel returning to the ground slighly off centre and the self-straightening mechanism over-compensating for this. The handlebar will turn to one side, then the other, in a very rapid and violent motion.
Modern sportsbikes due their steering geometry and high power to weight ratio (meaning the front end of the bike will be more likely to be even slightly off the ground or light on the ground) are particularly prone to tank-slappers - most new sportsbikes are fitted with steering dampers as standard.
Steering dampers are not intended to prevent wobbles at high speed- they are specifically designed to minimise the effects of a tankslapper.
