Does a sissy bar fit differently for my XL1200C (custom) versus a XL1200R?
I am looking to buy a sissy bar for my 2007 HD XL1200 Custom bike. A fitting chart shows that the bar fits a 2004 & up Harley Davidson XL1200R and a 1996-2000 Harley Davidson XL1200C. According to this fitting chart, their sissy bar will not fit my bike. The sissy bar is sold by D2Motot for $99.99 and is listed on Amazon.com. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.

We don't use sissy bars on bicycles, ask in the motorcycle section.

where there ever pot bellied Harley Davidson's?
I remember when I was a little girl and we went to the Oregon Country fair. At that time the land was privately owned so the government stayed out. The Hells angels used to come and park their bikes just outside the main gates and I was so fascinated by them but more by their bikes. There was one women who rode her own cycle and it was small. She called it a pot belly, small tank gold, with handle bars low and wide but short enough where she could reach the handle bars with ease. It was lower to the ground then the rest too. My question is this. If that bike was real where are they and can I still find them?
Pot belly was a her motorcycle's name, not the model name. You can look through any Harley-Davidson history and none of the bikes made by HD were named pot belly.
Bike was customized. Most likely the bike was equipped with a Sportster "peanut" tank. I hope others can add more to my answer.
