Harley Davidson boots?
I bought Durango distressed brown boots today. Is distressed leather conditioner worth it? My friend has her boots exactly what I bought and after 6 years, the softness on her boots (kind of suede feelings) is gone. She said they feel hard now. She never used leather conditioner. Her color also darkened. What does leather conditioner help? Will it make the color stay the same as I bought them? I want mine to stay the same color, not darker brown like my friend's.
I have several pair, not distressed since they are typically female boots. You need to use leather conditioner on them at least twice a year, waterproofer is your choice, but I would also make sure they are compatible.
Here are multiple choices all work good. oh color will not change after drying

Prices for leather motorcycle jackets?
I'm buying my first motorcycle this friday and i still need to buy a jacket. I know there are different types of jackets such as leather, textile, and mesh but leather is the most protective. I'm buying a sports bike so i'm gonna need a sporty looking jacket not a harley davidson, what is the price range for a durable, safe, leather jacket. The person i'm buying the motorcycle from said he could sell his leather jacket for $200 (he bought it for $400 and he used it a few times), but i didn't know the prices. I can offer him $100, then $125, and the most i will go is $150. If you also know the prices for textile and mesh that will be great.

I see you are quoting dollars, so you must be USA or CANADA Firstly phone now and ask the seller the make and model jacket he has for sale. Go on line to Ebay and see If you can find any of that make for sale or go on line with the make and google search for a price or go and phone a local dealer for a new price. This way you know if it started off as a $400 jacket or not, Have you tried it on for size yet? If it doesn't fit right don't buy it.
